The By-Laws Committee includes at least three (3) members and is chaired by a Director-at-Large. The By-Laws Committee reviews the existing By-Laws and Policy and Procedure Manual on an annual basis to determine if changes are necessary. If revisions to the By-Laws are recommended, the proposed amendments are submitted to the Board of Directors for their approval. Upon approval, the proposed By-Laws will be posted on the Members Only section of the website at least thirty (30) days prior to the Annual Meeting and an email will be sent to all members notifying them. The Policy & Procedures manual will be reviewed and updated as necessary after the Annual Meeting and into the next fiscal year to ensure they are in compliance with the approved By-Laws.
